I have also used Seabreeze Homes recently and I must say they are so professional in everything they do, they keep you informed of all viewings and give feedback afterwards. I do not live locally and when things have needed doing at the property they have dealt with them swiftly for me, with Wendy being of so much help but I must say thank you to all of the team. I did try another Estate Agent in Penarth ( one of the large companies) they made promises to contact me and after a couple of attempts to get things moving I gave up, a totally different story with Seabreeze Homes who moving quickly and are very positive in their approach.
