Everything about them was leagues better, professionalism, conduct, rate and quality of feedback, attitude, presentation and most importantly for me availability. Everything about Seabreeze Homes is definitely first class. If I ever needed to contact someone albeit by telephone or email there was always a quick and friendly response. In all, they did much more than is required of an estate agent and I will definitely without doubt use them in future.
In conclusion, their fees of 1% do not justify the amount of work they put in… I definitely feel like I was undercharged because they restored my faith in the industry and the sale process felt personal rather than just another number on the balance sheet.
I recommend that these estate agents be your first port of call, I only wished they would have been mine!!!!
