I do not normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Seabreeze Homes. Nigel really knows what he is doing! I’ve got three local agents over to value our house. Nigel’s valuation was higher than the other two by quite a bit and our house did achieve his valuation easily! Also impressive is how friendly and responsible of all the girls in the office. As other reviewers have mentioned, all voice message and emails were answered quickly, and if they promise to come back to me on something the following day, they always did!
